I am one of the people who had tried, and failed, with many things to improve my sleep. The thought of putting it all together made sense and gave me hope that I could really overcome this situation. I think the most important feature of the program for me was to simply see in black and white all the things that were intrusive to regular sleep, and to have that in mind so that I could choose to make some changes. I still have anxiety about my sleep problems returning, but so far, so good! Thanks very much.
